Jost hat eine Vielzahl von Grooves in seinem Buch.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das Fill ist in meiner Zeit in LA entstanden, es ist eine Variation die ein Group Three Sticking enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Viel Spa\u00df beim Trommeln!<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>This is a Gogo Groove and it&#8217;s inspired by one of the greats, Jost Nickel. Make sure to check out Jost Nickels Groove Book.
